The Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our ISG Retail division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing financial procedures, developing close relationships with customers and consultants, and taking a lead role in the valuation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors to improve the customer experience and support future business growth.
• Take active responsibility for all financial procedures in conjunction with the Senior Surveyor.
• Lead the valuation process and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• Degree qualified or substantial experience in commercial management and surveying within the construction industry.
• Good understanding of JCT/NEC forms of contract and contract law.
