The Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Quantity Surveyor to work within our ISG Retail division. In return, our aim is to provide you with the best experiences and development opportunities, helping you to build your career and enabling you to fully realise your potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain close relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors to continuously improve the customer experience and support future repeat and negotiated business.
• Take active responsibility for all financial procedures in conjunction with the Senior Surveyor.
• Take a lead role in the valuation process.

Requirements

• Degree qualified or substantial experience within the construction industry in the field of commercial management and surveying.
• Good understanding of JCT/NEC forms of contract & contract law.
