Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our fire protection team. As a key member of our team, you will oversee and track projects, working closely with our team to produce RAMS, schedule materials, estimate, and oversee the installation of various passive fire protection products. You will also arrange for subcontractors to price works and prepare monthly contract applications and account reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects from start to completion, working closely with the Project Manager
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Produce daily and weekly progress reports on various projects
  • Schedule materials and resources effectively
  • Read and understand contracts, specifications, and drawings
  • Prepare monthly contract applications and account reports

Requirements

  • Previous contracts management experience in the fire protection industry
  • UK Driving License
  • Able to commute to our office
