Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Utilize your clinical expertise to provide guidance and support to care staff, promoting a culture of excellence in care delivery.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and risk assessments, adhering to regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure a safe and compliant environment, aligning with relevant policies and legislation.
- Provide mentorship and training to colleagues, upholding the highest standards of care and adhering to the NMC Code.
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted NMC registration, preferably with experience leading a team of carers.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on resident-centered care.
- Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care, with a strong understanding of the CQC/RQIA National Care Standards.
- Availability to work in the Crawley, West Sussex area.
