About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for taking technical enquiries from clients and providing exceptional service to a diverse range of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take incoming calls from clients regarding product range, technical enquiries, and ongoing service
  • Respond to technical enquiries, troubleshoot, and provide effective advice to clients
  • Upsell the company's range of products and services where possible
  • Liaise with internal teams (engineering, production, accounts, supply chain) to provide up-to-date advice and expertise to clients
