About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Supervisor to join our team in London Bridge. As a Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our Care Professionals in delivering exceptional care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients and their Care Professionals for support visits and provide guidance on best practices.
- Train new Care Professionals on equipment and provide ongoing support and coaching.
- Organize and attend meetings with clients and their families to review care plans and ensure their needs are met.
- Conduct supervisions with Care Professionals to discuss their progress and provide feedback.
- Attend team meetings to share best practices and brainstorm solutions to challenges.
Requirements
- You have a good understanding of person-centered care and its positive impact on quality of life.
- You possess excellent people management and communication skills to support and coach our Care Professionals.
- You are ambitious and looking to grow with our company.
