Platform Support Analyst

Reed is seeking a skilled Platform Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our platform, providing exceptional customer service, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our platform, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance user experience.
  • User Onboarding: Manage the user onboarding process, ensuring accurate data entry and timely issue resolution.
  • Support and Escalation: Provide comprehensive support to platform users, escalating complex issues to other teams as necessary.
  • Training and Development: Assist users in identifying reports, setting parameters, and scheduling within the platform, while also participating in training to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in service by understanding customer requirements and sharing knowledge within the team.
Requirements:
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Up-to-date knowledge of business area advancements and new working methods.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills, with intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills: Confident and accurate use of departmental computer systems/databases, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
