We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Software Engineer to join our team at Eka Finance. As a key member of our quantitative research team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions to enable large-scale computational efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior technologists to design and implement systems that support quantitative research and trading initiatives.
- Develop software engineering solutions for quantitative research and trading, including data engineering and prediction tools.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and databases that ingest and transform large amounts of data.
- Develop processes to validate the integrity of data and ensure data quality.
- Implement and operate systems to enable quantitative research, including large-scale computation and serialization frameworks.
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical field.
- Expert-level proficiency in C++.
- Advanced programming skills in Python.
- Strong Linux-based development skills.
- Knowledge of machine learning and statistical techniques, including related libraries.
- Experience working with financial data.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in a computer science or computational role.
- Experience working in a technical environment with DevOps functions, including Google Cloud, Airflow, Influx DB, and Grafana.
