Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Field Engineer to support our growing client base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients, working on-site to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Work on-site with clients to implement new solutions and upgrade existing infrastructure
  • Collaborate with our technical team to design and implement new IT solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their IT needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills, including hardware, networking, and virtualization
  • Experience working with clients in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
