Job Title: Italian Speaking Commercial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Italian Speaking Commercial Analyst to join our team in Woking, Surrey. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reconciling existing contracts, developing proposed renewal options, and closely interacting with senior management to construct and deliver customer commercial documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and reconcile existing contracts to identify opportunities for improvement and develop proposed renewal options.
  • Work closely with senior management to construct and deliver customer commercial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop relationships with product and business areas to facilitate the sales process and drive commercial operational efficiencies.
  • Support the integration of newly acquired companies into the sales process and partner with senior management and legal teams to negotiate customer contracts.
  • Drive and execute commercial operational efficiencies within the commercial team and wider sales organization.
  • Support the account management team in forming and nurturing customer relations and assist in the management of the daily commercial proposal workflow.
Requirements:
  • Fluent Italian speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ideal experience as an analyst or similar role in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of commercial operations and sales processes.
  • Commercially astute with a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong Excel and systems skills, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
