Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and reconcile existing contracts to identify opportunities for improvement and develop proposed renewal options.
- Collaborate with senior management to create and deliver customer commercial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Develop strong relationships with product and business areas to facilitate the sales process and drive commercial operational efficiencies.
- Support the integration of newly acquired companies into the sales process, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Partner with senior management and the legal team to negotiate customer contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Drive and execute commercial operational efficiencies within the commercial team and wider sales organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
- Support the account management team in forming and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
- Assist in the management of the daily commercial proposal workflow, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of proposals to customers.
- Fluent Italian language skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven experience as an analyst or similar role in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of commercial operations and sales processes.
- Commercially astute, with a keen eye for detail and a ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Strong team player, self-motivated, and hard-working individual with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other business systems.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment, with a strong focus on continuous learning and professional development.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
