We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Italian Speaking Graduate Analyst to join our team in Woking, Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and reconcile existing contracts to develop proposed renewal options
- Collaborate with senior management to create and deliver customer commercial documents
- Build relationships with Product and business areas to facilitate the sales process
- Support the integration of newly acquired companies into the sales process
- Partner with senior management and the legal team in the negotiation of customer contracts
- Drive and execute commercial operational efficiencies within the commercial team and wider sales organization
- Support the account management team in forming and nurturing customer relationships
- Assist in managing the daily commercial proposal workflow
- Fluent Italian speaker
- 1+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Degree-educated, ideally 2:1 grade and above
- Commercially astute
- Attention to detail
- Intellectually curious
- Strong team player, self-motivated, and hard-working individual who is goal-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Excel and systems skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
