Italian Speaking Commercial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Italian Speaking Commercial Analyst to join our team in Woking, Surrey. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reconciling existing contracts, developing proposed renewal options, and closely interacting with senior management to construct and deliver customer commercial documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and reconcile existing contracts to identify opportunities for improvement and develop proposed renewal options.
- Collaborate with senior management to create and deliver customer commercial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Develop strong relationships with product and business areas to facilitate the sales process and drive commercial operational efficiencies.
- Support the integration of newly acquired companies into the sales process, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
- Partner with senior management and the legal team to negotiate customer contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Drive and execute commercial operational efficiencies within the commercial team and wider sales organization.
- Support the account management team in forming and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Assist in managing the daily commercial proposal workflow, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Fluent Italian language skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven experience as an analyst or similar role in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of commercial operations.
- Commercially astute, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for analysis.
- Strong team player, self-motivated, and hard-working individual with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and systems.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience.
