About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Assurance Senior Analyst to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis. As a key member of our Industrial & Commercial (I&C) pillar, you will be responsible for delivering compliance targets related to metering performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a deep understanding of industry data processes and their impact on our performance.
  2. Ensure team processes align with industry standards, including Balanced Score Card (BSC), Renewable Energy Certificate (REC), and Guaranteed Standard of Performance (GSoP).
  3. Identify and communicate issues, risks, and opportunities effectively.
  4. Support the team in managing metering exceptions and matrix-manage relationships with other areas to deliver full compliance.
  5. Provide timely action on process escalations, deliver process training, and communicate clearly with customers on next steps to resolve metering issues.
  6. Demonstrate role model behaviours to optimise business performance and stakeholder feedback.
  7. Support Operational Managers in delivering the team's elements of I&C's Vision and Operations Purpose.
  8. Improve the quality of data inputs to team processes and address root causes.
Requirements
  1. Proven knowledge of the UK Energy Industry and operating processes, including metering, billing, and settlements.
  2. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure customer and operational excellence.
  3. Experience in negotiating and managing external agents.
  4. Strong analytical and interpretive skills to provide clear commentary for effective business decision-making.
