Position Overview:

As a Retail Team Leader at Frasers, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Optimization: Strategically maximize revenue to surpass sales targets while identifying avenues for ongoing performance enhancement.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and manage your team to ensure they meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • On-Site Engagement: Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to boost sales both personally and through your team.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Team Development: Equip all team members with the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve key business goals.
  • Merchandising Management: Oversee the presentation and merchandising of seasonal products in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about current market trends, upcoming customer promotions, and monitor local competitors.
  • KPI Achievement: Drive and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other duties as required within the scope of your role.
