Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Directors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex inboxes and electronic calendars, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Provide administrative support to Directors, including responding to emails, making phone calls, and preparing correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, vendors, and clients.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
