Job Title: Brand Liaison Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Liaison Officer to join our team at Multi Trades Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with diverse populations, including marginalized or vulnerable communities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident concerns, complaints, and conflicts in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate community events, meetings, and projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with housing policy, legislation, and regulations governing social housing programs and tenant rights, particularly within the jurisdiction where the project is located.
  • Apply conflict resolution, crisis management, and mediation skills to resolve complex issues and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in community engagement, resident relations, social services, or a related field, with a strong understanding of community dynamics and social issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office suite, email, and social media platforms.
  • Fluency in languages spoken by the diverse resident population served by the project.
