About the Role

The Banking and Finance Paralegal will be an integral part of the highly regarded Banking and Finance team at EJ Legal Limited. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Associates and Partners on various corporate finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist on several corporate finance transactions, including recapitalisations and IPOs, by managing virtual data rooms and drafting documentation.
  • Support deals by providing ad-hoc company secretarial duties, such as liaising with regulatory bodies.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 months of experience in Corporate or Finance, with a desire to expand on transactional experience.
  • Exposure to a fast-paced environment in a top firm, with a strong understanding of corporate finance principles.

What We Offer

In return, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
