Job Opportunity: Banking and Finance Paralegal

EJ Legal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking and Finance Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our corporate finance team, you will be responsible for assisting on various corporate finance transactions, including recapitalisations and initial public offerings (IPOs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with associates and partners to provide support on corporate finance transactions
  • Manage virtual data rooms and draft documentation to support deals
  • Perform ad-hoc company secretarial duties, including liaising with regulatory bodies

Requirements:

  • At least 3 months of experience in corporate or finance
  • Desire to expand on transactional experience
  • Exposure to a fast-paced environment in a top firm

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
