Position Overview

Role Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the Chief Information Officer for Business Platforms, spearheading the strategic roadmap and promoting the adoption of global enterprise platforms and applications.
  2. Collaborate closely with the WPP executive committee, which comprises leaders from various WPP agencies.
  3. Lead a dedicated team of business platform leaders across three key agency clusters: Creative, Media and Production, and PR and Specialist.
  4. Oversee comprehensive end-to-end responsibilities for the development, management, and transformation of enterprise platforms, while tailoring technology solutions to enhance agency cluster performance.
  5. Act as the Corporate CIO, partnering strategically with the WPP executive team and leaders across group functions to drive business transformation initiatives.
  6. Co-develop the Enterprise Technology strategy in alignment with WPP's overarching business objectives, translating these into actionable long-term (3-5 years) and short-term (1-2 years) plans.
  7. Manage the annual financial planning and budgeting processes for Enterprise Technology, establishing financial KPIs and milestones that align with broader organizational targets.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in the large-scale implementation of back-office technologies within major global organizations, particularly in functions such as HR, Finance, and ERPs.
