Swimming Instructor

LeisureSK Limited is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Swimming Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Swimming Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to our customers, while also supporting the wider teaching team to plan and deliver engaging and educational lessons.

• Support the teaching team to plan and deliver swimming lessons, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for our customers.
• Assist pupils from the water at lower stages, providing a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Develop towards achieving Swim England level 1 and level 2 Teaching Qualifications and the NRASTC rescue qualification.
• Deliver crash courses with support and progress to cover existing classes.
• Contribute to routine checks, housekeeping standards, and customer safety, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all customers.
• Interact with customers in a warm and welcoming way, providing excellent customer service and representing LeisureSK Limited in a professional and efficient manner.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues.
• Passion for swimming and a commitment to delivering high-quality lessons.
• Ability to develop towards achieving Swim England level 1 and level 2 Teaching Qualifications and the NRASTC rescue qualification.
• Basic knowledge of swimming techniques and safety procedures.
