About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Relief Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities who live in supported housing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and medication administration to service users
  • Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Supporting individuals to access their community, including going to the pub, gym, and days out in the Morecambe area
  • Carrying out general administrative duties and supporting with domestic tasks
Requirements

A minimum of twelve months experience of working with people who have a learning disability is essential for this role. You should be able to demonstrate a 'can-do approach', person-centred values, compassion, and commitment. You will be reliable and dependable, as consistency allows our service users to feel safe.
