As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to support individuals with a range of activities, including going to the gym, the beach, and on days out. You will also have the chance to act as a Key Worker, supporting people to achieve their dreams and ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care to service users
  • Medication administration
  • Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Supporting individuals to access their own community
  • Carrying out general administrative duties and supporting with domestic tasks

Requirements:

  • A minimum of twelve months experience of working with people who have a learning disability
  • A 'can-do approach', person-centred values, compassion, and commitment
  • Reliability and dependability
  • A positive outlook on life and a fun personality
