About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and respectful individuals to join our team at our Morecambe service, which provides person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities living in supported housing.

Some of the people we support may also have additional needs, including mobility and health issues. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives and support them to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Supporting individuals with additional needs, such as mobility and health issues
  • Working collaboratively with the support team to ensure high-quality care
