Director of Clinical Services

Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Services to join our team in Nottinghamshire. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical services operation within our hospital.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical governance, with experience in implementing therapeutic interventions to improve operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care is delivered, while promoting positive and effective working relationships within our multi-disciplinary teams.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' clinical experience and previous management experience. Experience working in Acute or PICU settings is desirable, but not essential. If you have a passion for working with complex mental health, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
