About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Emergency Care Practitioner to join our team at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our Urgent and Emergency Care department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients presenting to the Adult Emergency Department
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in line with local guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in continuous professional development and education
Requirements
  • Registered Health Care Professional with NMC/HCPC registration
  • Experience in working in an Urgent care or Emergency Department setting
  • Proven track record in leadership and change management
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
