Job Title: Programme Manager

Utility People is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead their DSO transition efforts. The successful candidate will oversee compliance monitoring, reporting, and ensure all regulatory and license obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for delivery of all DSO related initiatives, including business process changes, commercial framework development, and providing expert project management support.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify and map existing processes.
  • Extensive networking across the business and at an industry level.
  • Contribute to the development of the DSO vision, strategy, and tactics, particularly leading the engagement, commercial, and contractual elements.
  • Manage and monitor performance in line with DSO transition programme and business plan deliverables.
  • Lead delivery of the DSO incentive performance, particularly stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
  • Extensive project/programme management experience within utilities, telecoms, or the government.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Detailed understanding of commercial and contractual agreements.
  • Proven management of large-scale project finances, including opex budget and capex budget.
  • Ideal candidate will be Prince 2 trained.
