About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Management Coordinator to join our team at Stoneseed. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Documentation: Create the monthly programme board pack for the Programme Board Meeting, ensuring all necessary information is accurately and efficiently compiled.
  • Programme Communications: Develop and manage the Programme Communications, including managing a generic email box and coordinating emails between the team and 3rd party contractors/other teams.
  • PMO Processes and Monitoring: Manage and document PMO processes and monitor controls, ensuring all activities are aligned with the Programme Governance Framework/Structure.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure all actions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Change Requests: Manage and log change requests provided by Project Managers, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
  • New Starter Requests: Arrange new starter requests on behalf of the Project Manager for 3rd party contractors working on the Programme of work.
About You

Candidates will have a solid understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a project delivery perspective. You should be a results-driven, dynamic, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a challenging and autonomous role.
