Job Opportunity

The Unity Platform OS teams are seeking a Senior Engineering Programme Manager to help build the next generation of real-time, 3D content creation tools. This role will deliver programmes, outcomes, features, and workflows that enable external partners to build once, deploy, and ship on all supported desktop, mobile, and console platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with engineering and product managers to build and execute against a clear roadmap that balances feature development goals, partner commitments, and operational improvements.
  • Utilize effective communication, tools, and programme management strategies to ensure teams stay on track, goals are met, and internal and external partners have the information they need.
Requirements
  • Software project/programme management experience, working closely with engineering and non-technical teams to facilitate successful delivery of features and products.
  • Management of process and organisational change, working with the current of embedded habits rather than fighting against it.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with building projects using the Unity engine.
  • Experience building real-time 3D content and a knowledge of the history and passion for the future of the domain.
  • Literacy and proven experience with Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, and other development methodologies and using tools such as Jira, Fogbugz, Favro, Trello, and Confluence to implement them.
