Position Overview:

This role is based in Liverpool, offering a hybrid working model with the expectation of being in the office 2-3 days a week. The compensation for this position can reach up to £77,000 for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive, secure, and scalable infrastructure support.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Platform and Product teams.
  • Promote and share best practices, providing training and mentorship.
  • Oversee major incident management and technical issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular system evaluations, audits, and implement enhancements.
  • Ensure disaster recovery strategies are consistently tested and effective.
  • Maintain high standards of system uptime and security.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in sustaining and enhancing the company's core platform, ensuring the seamless delivery of products on a global scale. The position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, focusing on optimizing platform performance and managing complex technical challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in infrastructure management and technical leadership.
  • Expertise in Windows, Active Directory, Virtualization, Storage, and Security systems.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing IT Infrastructure Solutions.
  • Familiarity with ISO27k, CE+, PCI DSS, and other relevant standards.
  • Demonstrated success in managing secure environments, particularly in sensitive sectors.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a senior technical position.
