We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North) on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading specialist in decarbonisation and energy efficiency works, delivering cavity and loft insulation, external wall insulation, and new windows and doors to tenanted properties in Birmingham.

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for developing positive relationships with residents to provide information and support during the works.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct pre-entry visits and company inductions to ensure residents are informed and prepared for the works.
  2. Collect tenancy agreements and approval forms to facilitate the works.
  3. Visit tenants in their homes to advise them on the schedule and scope of the works.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with neighbourhood housing associations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  6. Visit empty houses being refurbished to advise potential tenants on completion dates.
  7. Attend and chair tenant forum meetings to keep residents informed about the works.
  8. Monitor and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Monitor customer satisfaction to ensure high standards are maintained.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in the social housing sector, preferably in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A full driving license is required, with the option to use a company van or receive a car allowance.

The salary for this position is up to £28,000, plus a £3,000 car allowance or van option.
