Customer Service Advisor - Automotive Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team in the automotive sector. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer enquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service via telephone, email, and other communication channels
  • Manage customer orders, resolve queries, and provide accurate information on product details
  • Support Business Development Managers by providing customer data and sales information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution
  • Perform administrative tasks related to returns and warranties
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and warehouse teams to improve service and product offerings

Requirements:

  • Automotive or passion for cars
  • Customer service experience with a positive and professional attitude
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Accurate data input skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & Teams)
  • A strong telephone manner and ability to handle queries efficiently
  • Knowledge of motor vehicles or automotive products is an advantage, but full training will be provided
