Job Description

As a Scent Design Manager at International Flavors & Fragrances, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of fragrance strategies that meet consumer needs and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to establish fragrance strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute olfactive direction to drive the success of fragrance projects.
  • Manage the creative process to ensure the development of innovative and effective fragrances.
  • Collaborate with perfumers, account managers, and marketing specialists to develop new fragrance themes and technologies.
  • Monitor project results and adjust strategies as needed to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in the fragrance industry, with a focus on evaluation and development.
  • Excellent olfactive expertise and ability to identify potential fragrances based on market relevance.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent influencing skills, business acumen, and customer relationship management skills.
