About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance and Engineering Specialist to join our team at Arla Foods. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing site, including the maintenance of complex equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance of our manufacturing site, including the repair and maintenance of equipment and systems
  • Utilize CMMS systems and reporting suites to manage maintenance activities and track performance
  • Drive projects to improve maintenance efficiency, including non-capex modifications, capex, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • Experience as a multiskilled engineer or maintenance engineer in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Time served or NVQ Level 3/ONC/HNC/HND qualified in a relevant discipline
  • Proven experience with fast-moving machinery, pumps, valves, inverter drives, sensors, relays, PLCs (Siemens), site services, and CIP systems
  • Computer literate with experience of SAP, Microsoft Office, SCADA, Trend systems, and HMI's
