Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Arla Foods Plc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including dryers, water softeners, air handling units, HVAC systems, and water treatment systems.
- Drive projects to improve efficiency, throughput, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) in our fast-paced food manufacturing site.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our manufacturing processes and equipment to provide expert technical support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our maintenance operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a multiskilled engineer in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or true multiskilled maintenance.
- Time served or NVQ Level 3/ONC/HNC/HND qualified in a relevant field.
- Strong technical knowledge of PLCs (Siemens), site services, CIP systems, and computer literacy in SAP, Microsoft Office, SCADA, Trend systems, and HMIS.
