Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care and treatment for individuals with mental health problems.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nursing, medical, psychology, and occupational therapy professionals.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, carers, and colleagues.
