About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Transformation Lead to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline Services Unlimited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business change and transformation across our Primary and Small Molecules (PSM) cluster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business transformation strategy to drive growth and improvement across the PSM cluster.
  • Lead a team of senior leaders and employees to deliver business objectives and ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Strategy, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with business transformation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial partners and external vendors.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to site operations and manufacturing sites to ensure flawless delivery of medicines and products.
  • Ensure effective management of GSK resources, including budgeting and forecasting, to deliver long-term strategy and performance ambition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business transformation and change management.
  • Strong understanding of network strategy and commercial levers, with experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience working in a global organization, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and the ability to work effectively across cultures.
