Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively pursue new business opportunities, establish a marketing and canvassing plan, and analyze market and customer needs to drive sales.
- Team Management: Provide in-branch training and coaching to staff, conduct one-to-one reviews and appraisals, and deal with day-to-day general enquiries face-to-face and via telephone.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete all relevant sections of checklists in full and on time, and ensure efficient management of time and diary to maximize potential of staff and resources.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lettings management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
