Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver/Warehouse Operative

At Interaction Recruitment, we are seeking a motivated and reliable FLT Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a forklift truck to move, stack, and unstack goods.
  • Load and unload deliveries accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular checks and maintenance of the forklift truck.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory.
  • Perform general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and labeling.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid FLT license.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physical fitness.
