Role Overview:
As a Site Manager, you will oversee a high-end single dwelling residential project in a prestigious area, collaborating with a skilled team in a friendly and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and issue weekly progress and photo reports.
2. Review project drawings, communicate updates, and relay information to the project manager.
3. Address and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs).
4. Manage the performance of contractors on-site.
5. Take charge of the Health and Safety (H&S) file.
6. Ensure all Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are reviewed and uploaded.
7. Conduct site inductions.
8. Organize and manage orders and deliveries.
9. Create and finalize snag lists with detailed notes.


Candidate Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end residential projects is essential.
2. Proven track record of managing site operations effectively.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Proactive approach with strong time management abilities.
5. Relevant Health and Safety certifications, including but not limited to SMSTS and First Aid.
6. Proficient in IT applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Share Drive.
