Construction Foreman

**Working Site Foreman - TRADEUPGRADE LTD**

TradeUpgrade is a small, dynamic and innovative Construction Company focusing on Bathroom & Kitchen renovations and overall home improvements, dedicated to transforming spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

With a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering high-quality projects, we are seeking a skilled Foreman to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Planning and Coordination:

- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary considerations.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project progression.

**Site Management**:

- Supervise and lead on-site construction teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues that may impact project delivery.
- Monitor and manage project schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

**Resource Management**:

- Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet or exceed project requirements.
- Conduct inspections and snagging to address any defects and ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.

**Client Relations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction phase, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Address client concerns and ensure overall client satisfaction with the completed project.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Site Manager in construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills.

**Salary**: £35,000 - £39,000 depending on experience.

Work Place:

- Hybrid - Office location as well as daily travel to clients and project sites

Licence:

- Driving Licence (mandatory)
- Clean Driving Record

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
