Ecommerce Content and Advertising Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Content and Advertising Manager to join our team at Lucy Walker Recruitment. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisitions and retention through the creation and optimization of product listings, digital assets, and performance marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listing Creation: Develop and implement product listing strategies to increase visibility and drive sales.
- Optimization of Product Pages: Analyze and optimize product pages to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Digital Asset Creation: Develop and create high-quality digital assets, including written content and keywords, to support product listings and marketing campaigns.
- Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels, including search, Amazon, and display advertising.
- Performance Marketing Campaigns: Create and manage performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated marketing plans and content.
- Reporting and Insights: Develop and deliver regular reports and insights to measure campaign performance and drive future optimization.
Requirements:
- Commercial Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in a commercially focused ecommerce role.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Strong experience in paid search, cross-channel marketing, SEO, paid social, and display advertising.
- Analytical Skills: Strong Excel skills for planning and reporting.
- Content Creation: Strong written and content creation skills.
