About the Role:
Casterton is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Content and Advertising Manager to drive new customer acquisitions and retention. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing product listings, developing performance marketing campaigns, and driving traffic across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product listing creation and optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and repeat rates across the EU
- Create and manage digital assets, written content, and keywords to support product listings and marketing campaigns
- Support and develop paid media multi-channel strategy and creation of targeted creative campaigns across search, Amazon, and display channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated plans and content
- Develop and deliver insights and reporting, monitoring performance and optimizing to drive effectiveness
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years' experience in a commercially focused Ecommerce role
- Paid search experience and cross-channel experience in SEO, paid social, display, etc.
- Strong Excel skills for planning and reporting
- Strong written and content skills
