The Global Innovation & Industry Consulting (GIIC) Business Function operates within a matrix structure across all local and regional business units. This role is situated within the Global Portfolio & Solution Management team of GIIC, focusing on driving profitable growth across various industries and lines of business.

As a Global Portfolio Specialist (f/m/d), your primary responsibilities will encompass:

■ Managing the portfolio for two primary focus areas along with an additional industry or line of business portfolio.

■ Assisting the topic owner in formulating and executing a global portfolio and go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with the overarching company strategy while collaborating with local units to tailor the portfolio.

■ Gathering market and sales intelligence to analyze the portfolio for gaps and optimization opportunities.

■ Supporting the qualification processes for consulting services.

■ Aiding local organizations with pipeline management, enablement, and presales initiatives to enhance portfolio success.

We value the following qualifications:

■ A degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.

■ Ideally, experience in portfolio management for business software or as a presales/solution architect, with knowledge of IT solutions, preferably SAP.

■ Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
