About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Duty Manager to join our team at Flight Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our venue and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Management:
    • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of staff.
    • Collaborate with the General Manager to set and review team objectives and performance metrics.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
    • Manage employee schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Business Enhancement:
    • Optimize venue administration and communication protocols to drive efficiency and productivity.
    • Support the General Manager in driving revenue growth and profitability through data-driven decision making.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
    • Ensure that all products and services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
