About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Private Client Partner to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As a Private Client Partner, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of Private Client matters, supervising junior fee earners and trainees, and collaborating with Partners and fee earners across the firm's offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, tax planning, Power of Attorney, and inheritance disputes.
  • Supervise junior fee earners and trainees, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with Partners and fee earners across the firm's offices to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Contribute to business development and team management, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Partner or sufficient level of experience to take the step up to Partner.
  • Experience across the full range of Private Client work, including wills, trusts, probate, tax planning, Power of Attorney, and inheritance disputes.
  • Experience of or a willingness to supervise junior fee earners and trainees.
  • STEP qualification or a willingness to work towards this.
  • Effective time management, organisation, case management, and communication skills.
