About the Role

We are seeking a talented Solicitor with experience in private client law to join our team in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Solicitor to specialize in court of protection, powers of attorney, PI trusts, and wills and probates.

As a Solicitor in our private client department, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert advice and representation. You will be responsible for handling a range of cases, including court of protection, powers of attorney, PI trusts, and wills and probates.

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be commercially astute with demonstrable business development skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to represent the firm in a professional manner. You will also need to be a self-starter with the ability to work under your own initiative.

We are interested in speaking with candidates who have a strong track record of success in private client law and who are looking for a new challenge.
