Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Advisor to join our Womenswear team at 360 Talent. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury department store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently to ensure seamless customer transactions

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of fashion trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
