Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Advisor to join our Womenswear team at 360 Talent. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing strategies to achieve results.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest products, trends, and competitor activity, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, support store tasks, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all operating policies and procedures are followed, accurately operating the POS system, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a luxury department store environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
