About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Neonatal Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to newborns and their families in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care to newborns and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to families on neonatal care and development
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RGN) or Registered Sick Children's Nurse (RSCN) qualification
  • Experience in neonatal care, preferably in an NICU setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
